ABOUT TERRA CEIA CHURCH OF CHRIST
To love God, love people, and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
(Matthew 22:37–39; Matthew 28:19–20)
The mission of the Church of Christ is to glorify God by following the teachings of His Word, sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ, and helping all people grow in faith and love.
We seek to restore New Testament Christianity, to worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24), and to live as the body of Christ in our community and the world.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16–17) and is our only guide for faith and practice. We follow the pattern of the New Testament church, teaching the same gospel message the apostles preached in the first century.
- Preach the gospel of Christ to all people (Mark 16:15).
- Encourage spiritual growth through worship, fellowship, and study (Acts 2:42).
- Serve our community in love (Galatians 5:13).
- Remain steadfast in faith until Christ returns (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Our church family came together this past Mother’s Day to honor and celebrate the mothers in our congregation with a special time of fellowship and muffins following the service.

My name is Jason Adams, and I am a native of Beaufort County. I am married to Elizabeth and have 2 grown sons Landon, married to Aleah, and Matthew. I have taken many paths in my career to this point. I have had the privilege to serve as a Deacon and Elder in sister congregations until I answered the call to ministry. My call to ministry began in 2014. I have served Terra Ceia Church of Christ since July 1, 2023 as the full-time minister.
